Sandy's Memorial Gift
Thank you everyone that chipped in for a memorial gift for Sandy. We got her a nice wind chime that she does not know about yet. We will give it to her this evening.
We had a lot of money left over. The funeral was on Valentines Day. Sandy and her husband were going to celebrate at home. We thought that with all of the stress she has been under, a nice evening out would help her relax. We arranged for them to go to the very high end steak house Hyde Park in Birmingham.
Erica and Jimmy's long time friend, Dallas, is a bartender there. Sandy and her dad loved fishing. Dallas is an avid fisherman. He got them seats at the bar so that he could take care of them and share fish stories.
Sandy says she had an amazing time!
